Step One
Go to the general store and buy Pure Essence.



Step Two
Go to Max and teleport to the runecrafting zone.


Step Three
Follow this guide to the best xp.



This guide was built as I went along. Multiple rune creating will kick in at different points granting more xp so this may be slightly inaccurate at times.

Keep going until you get 99!



P.S. From 99 Death Runes would be the best way to get 200m xp. You would need to do 123 more trips.
